It is this distinctive howl and ability to pick up on strange scents that make them excellent guard dogs.

Beagles are good with families and children and love to play, but care should be taken with other family pets. If a Beagle is not properly socialized early, it may try to hunt and capture the other pets; however, they do not like being left alone and may bay excessively (annoying the neighbors). Beagles do well traveling and adapt quickly and easily to new experiences, thanks to their fearless nature, but also need strong and consistent training to ensure they do not run off. Beagles will do well in almost any living environment, provided they are given plenty of opportunity to run and exercise.

A leash is a must with a Beagle, or a well fenced in yard as well as consistent obedience training. Their hunting instinct will take over when a scent comes their way and will run off in search of the prey. Ears should be checked and cleaned regularly, as Beagles are prone to painful ear infections. Beagles are also prone to heart disease, epilepsy, eye and back problems, and chondroplasia - dwarfism that results in warped front legs.

Except that that’s not quite the truth.

Many of you will have a rather different experience of affiliate marketing - one involving lost money, scams, and endless frustration when the profits you were told you would make just never appear. Others will never have got to that stage, but they’ll still have the same feeling: that all affiliate marketers are scammers, selling a dream that is impossible for most to achieve.

If you’re feeling like that, stop it. Because it’s not true. Affiliate marketing is difficult. But it’s not impossible, and not all the ‘gurus’ are scammers. Some are genuine, and really will help you, if you let them. It is possible to succeed.

So why do most wannabe affiliate marketers fail?

1. They give their money to scammers who then give them useless information.

Many scammers, after they’ve taken your money, will offer a cheap e-book to download. Sometimes this is stolen from another site, but more often it’s something they’ve written in twenty minutes when they remembered that they needed to offer people something. That means it will be filled with useless information that the scammer probably knows nothing about - and if you try to follow it, you might soon conclude that affiliate marketing is impossible and you were a fool for even trying.

2. They don’t have enough patience.

It takes time for the money to start coming in. You need to build up a steady stream of traffic and a mailing list before you can think about earning serious cash. When they only earn a few dollars a day, or fail to receive the thousands they were expecting, many people get disillusioned and decide that they’re better off with the day job.

3. They don’t follow the instructions properly.

I know. Why would you spend your money on an affiliate marketing course only to ignore what it says? But people do. They think they know better than the pros who have been doing this for years. And they usually end up making a mess of it, losing money on unprofitable advertising techniques that don’t work. But, of course, they don’t blame themselves and go back to try to work out where they went wrong. They blame the course they bought, and decide it must have been sold by a scammer - a scammer, like everyone else who claims they make a living affiliate marketing!

4. They think they’re not clever or skilled enough.

Normally, they’re wrong. Affiliate marketing really is very simple. You need intelligence and initiative to become one of the top affiliates, yes - but if you just want to earn some extra money, all you need to do is follow instructions. Buy an affiliate marketing course and do what it says. Too many people sit there and think ‘I can’t’.

5. They decide it’s too much work.

They get taken in by the promises that they can make money going to the cinema, watching TV, washing their hair. In truth, there’s a bit of work to do before you get to that stage - like setting up a website and promoting it, for starters! As soon as they realise that it’s not going to be as easy as they thought, they give up. The truth is, there’s no such thing as money you don’t have to work for (lottery winners excluded!).

All of them involve people giving up.

Whatever the reason, if you give up, you’re not going to become a successful affiliate marketer. Fact is, nothing worth having is easy. Being an affiliate marketer is worth it - not just the money, but the excitement of seeing your list grow and traffic rise. And it’s not easy. Most affiliate marketers had to work hard and experienced plenty of failure along the way. You’ve got to be ready for that as well.

Most wannabe affiliate marketers fail because most affiliate marketers give up. You make sure you’re not one of them.

Defense;

4, defenders are usually arranged as outside left, inside left, inside right and outside right.
The most recent idea is to have them lined up in a banana shape with the middle of the curve closest to the goalkeeper and the outside defenders, the points, slightly ahead but behind the midfielders.
As this is the shape of a banana the defenders can see one another usualy all the time.

Some considered the flat back option but this means much more communication from the capitain of the defense usually one of the insiders.
The general idea is to have the two defenders attend to the attack coming in from their side.

This means that the opposite outside tucks in a little to cover the center of the field covering the goal and any incoming additional attacking opponents.
When the team has possession the defenders would then play wide to stretch out the other teams attackers.
This is also known as playing it around the back.

Sometimes the defenders can be lined up in a diamond shape. This is to utilize the last player back as a “sweeper” who clears the ball up the field and out to the other defenders and mid fielders.
This player is in constant communication with the goalkeeper and relays the message to the other defenders. This is because the goalkeepers can see the complete field from their vantage point.

At times and in some cases too often this central defender will by-pass the midfield and play it up to the forwards. I say too often because this usually has the forwards out numbered by the opposing defenders.. However there are a few “power forwards” who could handle this situation, but most are unable too.

The defender at the top of the diamond is considered the “stopper” whose duty is to challenge any attack or attacking play. They usually play from side to side rather than up and down the field.
These defenders are involved in shutting down any play and play making.
These players really read the game well. They need to, or they would be doing all the running.

Midfield

4, mid-fielders are usually arranged as outside left, inside left, inside right and outside right.
The outside players are called, wingers or flank players and are also involved in striking at the goal.
This would make this line up have a possibility of 4 strikers at any given time.
These wingers usually have the bulk of the running to do as they could carry the ball from the defending third and into the attacking third.
This also depends on the team strategy as outlined by the coaching staff.

The two inside midfielders are supposed to be the “play makers”. These are the individuals who are responsible for carrying out the plans the coach and players have designed and used as the methods of attack and goal scoring.
These positions have traditionally played these roles. However nowadays the play making comes from anyone and sometimes all the players at any given time.
These inside players have also been more defensive in their general on field play.
This defensive idea is to stop the opposition from creating attacking options.

Forwards;

These are the main ggoooooooooooalll scoring machines. The ones who react to the ball quickly and are able to shoot from any place on the field.
To be effective they should work closely together as a team and pair. To this extent they are sometimes called “twin strikers”.
They are also responsible for creating space by making the defenders mark them.
They make the defense leave their zonal resposibilities whereby taking them “out of the game”.
